Head of Account Management - Remote Opportunity
About the Role
We are seeking a Head of Account Management to join our fast-growing, venture-backed technology company. This remote Head of Account Management position offers a unique opportunity to build and own the account management function from the ground up. You will play a crucial role in scaling our operations and driving revenue through effective account management strategies.
What You'll Do
- Take full ownership of account outcomes and transition account management into a dedicated function.
- Design the account management operating system, including segmentation, account plans, cadence, and KPIs.
- Build playbooks across onboarding, activation, performance management, retention, and save motions.
- Identify and operationalize expansion opportunities through stronger customer outcomes.
- Partner closely with Product and Ops to turn frontline insights into scalable tooling and automation.
- Hire, onboard, and develop the first Account Managers once the model is proven.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or Revenue Operations.
- Proven experience owning revenue execution and customer outcomes.
- Strong systems thinker who enjoys building processes from scratch.
- Comfortable operating hands-on before scaling a team.
- Experience working closely with Product and Ops in high-growth environments.

- Base salary of $175,000 – $300,000 plus equity.
