About the Role

We are seeking a talented GTM Engineer - Revenue Automation Specialist to join our dynamic team at Chainalysis. This remote position is crucial for driving our marketing efforts and optimizing our growth workflows. As a GTM Engineer, you will play a key role in implementing AI-powered outbound campaigns and enhancing self-service experiences, ultimately accelerating revenue generation.

What You'll Do

  • Develop self-service experiences by designing and maintaining product tours, gated demo environments, and product-led growth workflows that enhance conversion rates.
  • Implement AI-powered outbound programs using tools like Clay and nReach to automate account research and personalized outreach sequences.
  • Integrate marketing systems by collaborating with Marketing Operations and Revenue Systems to connect CRM, marketing automation, and enrichment tools.
  • Optimize conversion paths through analysis of user journeys across ads, landing pages, chatbots, and demos to identify drop-offs and improve overall conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with sales, product, product marketing, and brand marketing teams to translate campaign strategies into scalable workflows.
  • Experiment and iterate by quickly prototyping new processes, measuring results, and refining approaches to boost lead quality and pipeline efficiency.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in growth engineering, technical marketing, marketing operations, or revenue operations.
  • Hands-on experience with tools like Clay, Zapier, N8N, GPT, or other LLM APIs, and CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • A passion for turning marketing strategies into scalable systems that deliver real business impact.
  • The ability to blend no-code, low-code, and light scripting to automate and optimize marketing workflows.
  • A collaborative mindset and the energy to thrive in fast-paced environments.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in a product-led growth (PLG) or B2B SaaS environment.
  • Familiarity with customer data platforms (CDPs) such as Segment or Hightouch, and analytics tools like Looker or Tableau.
  • Experience designing or optimizing marketing attribution, lead scoring, or conversion funnels.
  • Basic proficiency with APIs or light scripting (Python, JavaScript) to connect and automate systems.
