Fundraising and Investor Relations Lead - Web3 Startup

$30K–$50K/year

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive Fundraising and Investor Relations Lead to join GLMall, a crypto-native marketplace focused on real commerce through escrow-backed payments and on-chain settlement. In this remote position, you will play a crucial role in our fundraising efforts and investor outreach.

What You'll Do

  • Leverage your existing network of crypto VCs, angels, and strategic investors to introduce GLMall and initiate fundraising conversations.
  • Proactively identify and reach out to new investors, funds, and angel networks to expand our investor base.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with investors, even outside active fundraising cycles.
  • Set up and manage investor meetings and follow-ups for the founding team.
  • Help refine and communicate GLMall’s narrative, traction, and vision to potential investors.
  • Maintain an organized investor pipeline using CRM tools for deal flow tracking and follow-ups.
  • Represent GLMall at industry events, conferences, and private investor meetups when relevant.
  • Act as a trusted bridge between GLMall and the investor ecosystem.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in fundraising, investor relations, venture capital, or crypto business development.
  • An existing network of Web3/crypto VCs, angels, or strategic investors.
  • Strong outbound skills — comfortable with cold outreach, warm intros, and relationship building.
  • Deep understanding of the crypto/Web3 investment landscape.
  • Highly proactive, self-directed, and execution-oriented.
  • Strong communication and follow-up skills.
  • Comfortable working in an early-stage, fast-moving startup environment.

Nice to Have

  • Previous experience helping a crypto startup raise capital.
  • Background in VC, accelerator programs, or crypto funds.
  • Familiarity with marketplaces, payments, or Web3 commerce.
  • Experience managing investor CRMs or fundraising pipelines.

What We Offer

  • Be part of a real-utility crypto project focused on actual commerce, not speculation.
  • Work directly with founders at a critical early stage.
  • Significant ownership and impact on fundraising outcomes.
  • Flexible structure (can be full-time, part-time, or advisory depending on fit).
  • Competitive compensation with upside (equity/token incentives depending on structure).
