About the Role

Join Anchorage Digital as a Fullstack Engineer specializing in Token Vesting. This remote role allows you to shape and implement features for our advanced digital asset platform, enabling institutions to participate in the crypto space.

What You'll Do

  • Own features end-to-end from concept to production, ensuring high code quality and reliability.
  • Collaborate closely with product and design teams to deliver maintainable software solutions.
  • Participate in task breakdown, estimation, design, implementation, and maintenance across the full stack.
  • Proactively improve code quality, performance, and developer experience through code reviews.
  • Drive complex systems and workflows independently, breaking down large projects into manageable tasks.

Requirements

  • Real-world experience building complex distributed systems and web applications.
  • Proficiency with Svelte/SvelteKit or similar JavaScript frameworks (Next.JS, Angular.JS, Vue.JS).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to evolving requirements.
  • Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • Ownership mentality with a focus on quality and user experience.

Nice to Have

  • Production experience with web security.
  • Familiarity with common vesting models (time-based, cliffs, linear, etc.).
  • Prior experience working with Web3/Crypto applications.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools and systems.
  • Knowledge of GraphQL.
