• Design and deliver innovative courses that integrate AI methodologies into industrial engineering, logistics, and operations research.
• Mentor students through hands-on projects and laboratory work focused on industrial engineering challenges.
• Supervise Master’s and PhD projects in a collaborative research environment.
• Create AI-driven teaching materials, digital simulations, and case studies to enhance learning outcomes.
• Collaborate with industry partners and government bodies to translate AI research into practical applications.

Requirements

• PhD in Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, or a closely related field.
• Proven publication history in high-impact journals related to industrial engineering and AI.
• Demonstrated excellence in teaching industrial engineering subjects, with experience in developing AI curricula highly desirable.
• Professional fluency in English (minimum B2/TOEFL 550) and commitment to achieving intermediate Spanish proficiency (B1) within two years.
• Experience leading interdisciplinary AI teams and collaborating with industrial partners.
