About the Role

What You'll Do

• Conceptualize and design premium key art, logo systems, and promotional materials for various media platforms.
• Translate creative briefs into compelling visuals that align with brand strategies.
• Apply expert-level design skills in typography, layout, and composition to produce outstanding visual content.
• Collaborate closely with creative directors and marketing teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
• Develop visual assets for digital, print, and social platforms, maintaining design consistency across outputs.
• Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality designs.
• Stay updated on current design trends and incorporate innovative techniques into your work.
• Provide mentorship and constructive feedback to junior designers, fostering a collaborative learning environment.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in graphic design or a related field, with a proven track record in designing key art and logos.
• Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite on Mac OS.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to adapt to shifting priorities.
• Understanding of branding and visual identity principles.
• Experience as a freelancer or contractor is essential.
• Motion design knowledge is a plus.
