About the Role

We’re looking for a Freelance Senior Brand Designer to join our dynamic team at Red Antler. As a Freelance Senior Brand Designer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of brands through imaginative and strategic design. This remote position allows you to collaborate with our Creative team to build boundary-pushing brand worlds. You will concept and design across a variety of touchpoints, from identity systems to digital expressions, helping brands come to life through storytelling, craft, and curiosity.

What You'll Do

• Collaborate closely with Design Leads and Creative Directors to create innovative brand identities.
• Balance creative exploration with strategic thinking to deliver impactful designs.
• Conceptualize and design across various mediums, ensuring a cohesive brand experience.
• Manage timelines effectively to deliver polished, production-ready work.
• Utilize your strong conceptual thinking and excellent visual execution skills to enhance brand storytelling.

Requirements

• At least 5+ years of experience in graphic or brand design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and a strong understanding of typography, layout, and color.
• Ability to collaborate in cross-disciplinary teams and contribute to a creative environment.
• Strong conceptual thinking and visual execution skills.
• Proactive and curious mindset, capable of managing timelines and delivering high-quality work.

Nice to Have
