• Partner with other recruiters to expedite the hiring process.
• Utilize AI tools to effectively match and shortlist candidates.
• Earn high commissions based on successful placements.

Requirements

• Proven experience in recruitment or human resources.
• Strong commercial awareness and understanding of the recruitment landscape.
• Ability to work independently and manage your own desk.
• Familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience with AI recruitment tools.
• Previous freelance or independent recruitment experience.
• Knowledge of the construction industry is a plus.
