About the Role

Dila Recruitment is seeking a talented Freelance Recruiter (Dutch/English) to join our dynamic team. This fully remote position allows you to connect talented individuals with their dream jobs while enjoying the flexibility of a freelance role. As a Freelance Recruiter, your earnings will be commission-based, directly tied to your successful candidate placements. If you have a passion for recruitment and experience in the multilingual BPO field, we want to hear from you!

What You'll Do

  • Utilize various channels for candidate sourcing to find top talent.
  • Conduct interviews and assess qualifications to ensure the best fit for our clients.
  • Maintain candidate profiles in the ATS to keep track of progress.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers to facilitate the hiring process.
  • Build lasting relationships with candidates to enhance our recruitment network.
  • Manage multiple recruitment projects independently while maintaining strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Own sourcing strategies and leverage your network to attract the best candidates.
  • Work flexibly to accommodate different time zones and client needs.

Requirements

  • Proficient in English (spoken and written) with a second language proficiency in Dutch, Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, or German being a plus.
  • Experience recruiting internationally in the BPO sector.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills to handle multiple projects.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of sourcing strategies.
  • Located in Europe to better connect with our diverse client base.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with various recruitment databases and sourcing channels.
  • Previous success in a commission-based recruitment role.
  • Familiarity with the latest recruitment technologies and trends.
