About the Role

Aella Creative Force is seeking two talented Freelance Full Stack Developers to join our dynamic team and collaborate on various design-led projects. This remote opportunity allows you to work from anywhere in the world, with a preference for candidates based in Europe or nearby time zones. As a Freelance Full Stack Developer, you will focus on developing innovative SaaS applications, web apps, automation solutions, and AI-driven projects.

What You'll Do

• Collaborate on multiple fast-moving projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
• Engage in both frontend and backend development, utilizing modern technologies such as Next.js, Tailwind, and AWS.
• Integrate APIs and build automation workflows to enhance project efficiency.
• Contribute to the development of AI agents and smart assistants, pushing the boundaries of technology.
• Participate in team coding sessions, sharing knowledge and best practices with fellow developers.
• Self-manage your workload and communicate effectively with team members using tools like Slack and Notion.
• Work on a freelance, project-based collaboration with ongoing opportunities for growth and development.
• Receive performance and revenue-share bonuses based on project success, rewarding your contributions to the team.

Requirements

• Strong frontend skills with a solid understanding of backend technologies.
• Experience with 2-5+ shipped projects demonstrating your capabilities as a Freelance Full Stack Developer.
• Fluency in JavaScript and experience with React/Next.js frameworks.
• Confidence in API integration and managing full feature flows.
• Availability to work 5 days a week and self-manage your tasks effectively.
• Clear communication skills and familiarity with collaboration tools like Slack and Notion.
• A curious, reliable, and collaborative mindset, eager to learn and contribute.
