About the Role
JoinMyTrip is on the lookout for an enthusiastic and self-driven Freelance Frontend Angular Developer to work remotely. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on both freedom and responsibility while contributing to our travel-tech company's thoughtful relaunch. As a Freelance Frontend Angular Developer, you'll be instrumental in building our new website and ensuring an exceptional user experience.
What You'll Do
- Implement and launch a comprehensive website update based on custom designs provided in Figma.
- Develop clean, responsive, and maintainable frontend code using modern web technologies, with a preference for Angular.
- Ensure a high-quality translation of designs to deliver exceptional user experiences across all devices.
- Collaborate closely with our designer, backend developer, and CEO to successfully execute the redesign.
- Conduct thorough testing and debugging to maintain a high standard of quality.
- Optimize website performance and accessibility.
Requirements
- 3+ years of frontend development experience, ideally focused on Angular (version 2+) or similar frameworks.
- Demonstrable experience translating custom designs from Figma into high-quality, responsive websites.
- Proficiency with HTML5, CSS3, TypeScript/JavaScript, and frontend build tools.
- Familiarity with best practices in UI/UX, responsive design, and cross-browser compatibility.
- Experience working closely with designers and backend teams in agile environments.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Fluency in German and English.
Nice to Have
- Experience with performance optimization techniques.
- Knowledge of additional frameworks or libraries such as React or Vue.js.
- Experience in the travel or tech industry.
