About the Role

We are seeking a Freelance Ad Creatives Lead/Strategist to join our fast-growing pet brand, MrFluffyFriend. As a global remote team, we are dedicated to making pet care easier and more joyful for pet owners and their furry friends. This Freelance Ad Creatives Lead/Strategist role offers you the opportunity to lead the creative development of high-performing ads for social and paid media, all while working remotely.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the creative development of engaging ads tailored for social media and paid platforms.
  • Write compelling copy and creative briefs for video, static, and user-generated content (UGC).
  • Collaborate with our creative team to produce content and iterate based on performance metrics.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends in D2C marketing to ensure our strategies are cutting-edge.
  • Help shape the creative direction and tone of our brand across various channels.
  • Work closely with Media Buyers and Marketing Executives to align creative strategies with performance goals.
  • Showcase a strong portfolio of ads/content developed, particularly in e-commerce or DTC sectors.
  • Utilize excellent copywriting skills to create short-form, witty, and on-brand content.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in leading creative projects, especially in the D2C marketing space.
  • Strong understanding of what drives clicks and conversions in digital advertising.
  • Experience collaborating with performance marketers and designers.
  • Exceptional copywriting skills with a knack for engaging storytelling.
  • Ability to work independently, demonstrating self-motivation and proactivity.
  • Bonus: Familiarity with pets or pet products is a plus.
