About the Role

We are seeking a Finance Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team in a fully remote capacity. As a Finance Operations Specialist, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our financial processes and operations. What You'll Do

• Manage financial operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
• Oversee budgeting and financial reporting processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Implement automation solutions to enhance financial workflows and reporting efficiency.
• Conduct internal audits and risk assessments to maintain compliance with financial regulations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes and improve vendor management.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in finance operations or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of financial systems and tools such as Xero and SQL.
• Experience in budgeting, reporting, and internal audit processes.
• Familiarity with crypto regulations and risk management practices.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.

• Experience in the crypto or Web3 industry.
• Knowledge of blockchain technology and its applications in finance.
• Certifications in finance or accounting (e.g., CPA, CFA).
