What You'll Do

• Assist in managing accounts payable and accounts receivable processes to ensure timely and accurate financial transactions.
• Support financial reporting and maintain financial records using tools like QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel.
• Participate in audits and ensure compliance with tax regulations and financial standards.
• Collaborate with the finance team to streamline financial operations and improve reporting accuracy.
• Utilize Azure DevOps for financial project management and infrastructure as code practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in finance or accounting roles, preferably in a remote setting.
• Proficiency in financial software such as QuickBooks Online, Xero, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a supportive team environment.
