Finance and Accounts Executive - Remote

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Finance and Accounts Executive to join our dynamic team remotely. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing financial operations, ensuring compliance, and contributing to our growth in a rapidly expanding global company.

What You'll Do

• Oversee financial reporting and ensure accuracy in all accounts.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, optimizing cash flow management.
• Conduct financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate with global colleagues and international clients to enhance financial operations.
• Utilize tools such as Xero and Excel for efficient bookkeeping and reporting.

Requirements

• Proven experience in finance and accounting roles, ideally 3-5 years.
• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and financial reporting standards.
• Experience with bookkeeping, invoicing, and revenue accounting.
• Proficiency in financial analysis and cash flow management.
• Familiarity with SaaS solutions and consultative sales is a plus.

Nice to Have

• Experience in working with diverse teams and international clients.
• Additional certifications in finance or accounting.
• Knowledge of India Direct TAX and GST regulations.
