Experienced Paralegal - Business Immigration (Remote)

About the Role

We are seeking an Experienced Paralegal - Business Immigration to join our team remotely. In this role, you will support our legal team in managing business immigration cases, including H1B, NIW, and PERM processes. As an experienced paralegal, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our clients receive the best possible service in navigating the complexities of U.S. immigration law.

What You'll Do

• Assist attorneys in preparing and filing immigration petitions and applications.
• Draft legal documents, including RFE responses and case documents.
• Manage case files and maintain accurate records of client communications.
• Conduct legal research and gather relevant information to support cases.
• Communicate with clients regarding their case status and provide updates.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience as a paralegal, preferably in business immigration.
• Strong understanding of U.S. immigration laws and procedures.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in legal writing and document drafting.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines.

Nice to Have

• Experience with case management software.
• Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• Previous experience in a remote work environment.
