About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Exchange Operations Specialist remote to join our team at Crypto.com. In this role, you will be actively involved in the management and administration of our trading exchange, ensuring smooth operations and contributing to innovative process improvements. As part of a fast-paced environment, you will play a crucial role in safeguarding the operation of the Exchange and Clearing Organization.

What You'll Do

• Provide expert-level remote management, administration, and support for the Production and Demo trading exchange.
• Update underlying symbols, create and schedule contracts, and perform end-of-day processing.
• Assist with problem resolution and contribute to the ongoing refinement and enhancement of services.
• Investigate, implement, and operate third-party tools to enhance and streamline service delivery.
• Support quality assurance testing to ensure service reliability and accuracy.

Requirements

• Proven track record of collaborating with internal departments to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Experience or familiarity with Linux servers is preferred.
• Knowledge or experience in cryptocurrency, prediction markets, and options/futures trading markets.
• Strong understanding of sports trading operations and market types.
• Excellent technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Nice to Have

• 1–3 years of experience with Python scripting and API management.
• Experience with securities trading software.
• Expertise with cron jobs and scheduled task management in production environments.
