Enterprise Solutions Engineer - Remote EMEA

About the Role

We’re excited to announce an opening for an Enterprise Solutions Engineer remote position at Topsort! As a rapidly growing company, we are on a mission to democratize monetization access in the advertising industry, and we need your expertise to help us achieve that. In this role, you will be instrumental in translating real-world business needs into scalable and technically sound solutions.

What You'll Do

• Partner with Sales on Technical Deals: Support technically complex sales cycles, confidently presenting and defending our architecture, APIs, SLAs, and integration capabilities with highly technical customer teams.
• Own Technical Discovery & Demos: Lead technical discovery sessions, product demos, and proof-of-concepts.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that technical capabilities are clearly understood and correctly implemented.
• Act as a Bridge: Serve as the liaison between customers and our engineering teams, ensuring alignment with customer needs.
• Drive Customer Success: Ensure that our solutions meet customer expectations and contribute to their success.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Sales Engineer or in a similar technical role.
• Strong understanding of APIs, SLAs, and technical architecture.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with pre-sales processes and customer engagement.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience in the AdTech industry.
• Familiarity with AI technologies.
• Previous experience in a startup environment.
