About the Role

We’re excited to announce an opening for an Enterprise Solutions Engineer - Remote position at Topsort. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in translating real-world business needs into scalable and technically sound solutions. As an Enterprise Solutions Engineer - Remote, you will work closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to support pre-sales conversations and lead technical implementations.

What You'll Do

• Partner with Sales on Technical Deals: Support technically complex sales cycles, confidently presenting and defending our architecture, APIs, SLAs, and integration capabilities with highly technical customer teams.
• Own Technical Discovery & Demos: Lead technical discovery sessions, product demos, and proof-of-concepts.
• Act as the bridge between customers and our engineering teams, ensuring that technical capabilities are clearly understood, correctly implemented, and aligned with customer needs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop solutions that meet customer requirements and enhance their experience.
• Provide feedback to the product team based on customer interactions to help shape future product development.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Sales Engineer or in a similar technical role.
• Strong understanding of APIs, SLAs, and technical integrations.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in the AdTech industry is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Nice to Have

• Experience with AI technologies and their applications in advertising.
• Familiarity with retail media and e-commerce platforms.
• Proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
