Enterprise Account Executive - Remote Sales Role at Conga

About the Role

We are seeking a talented Enterprise Account Executive to join our team at Conga in a remote capacity. In this role, you will be at the forefront of our revenue growth strategy, driving new business opportunities and strengthening relationships with existing clients. Your expertise in B2B technology sales will be crucial as you help organizations leverage our Conga Advantage Platform to enhance their operations.

What You'll Do

• Identify and nurture new business prospects while managing existing client relationships.
• Craft personalized solutions that address client needs and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Success to deliver exceptional value.
• Develop and implement territory and account plans to optimize revenue in your assigned area.
• Manage the sales cycle from prospecting to closing, ensuring success for both clients and Conga.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of successful B2B technology sales experience in the SaaS industry.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and revenue targets.
• Strong understanding of revenue management principles and AI applications.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technology concepts to diverse audiences.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate a hunter mentality for new business development.

Nice to Have

• Experience selling Revenue Lifecycle Management solutions.
• Educational background in Economics, Statistics, or related fields.
• Familiarity with CPQ, revenue optimization, and document generation products.
