About the Role

We are looking for an EdTech Support and Community Manager to join our dynamic team in a fully remote capacity. As an EdTech Support and Community Manager, you will play a crucial role in enhancing user experience and engagement within our community. What You'll Do

  • Provide exceptional support to users, addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to our EdTech platform.

  • Collaborate with the product team to relay user feedback and contribute to product improvements.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in customer support or community management, preferably in the EdTech sector.
  • Fluency in German and English, with excellent communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and community engagement tools.
  • Experience with AI tools and educational technologies is a plus.

  • Experience in video editing and content creation.
  • Knowledge of financial operations and SaaS revenue models.
  • Background in sales or client management.
