E-commerce Account Manager - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a talented E-commerce Account Manager to join our dynamic team at afm agency. As an E-commerce Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in planning, executing, and delivering livestream campaigns that drive real sales through social commerce. Your expertise will help brands leverage social influence effectively, making this a rewarding position for those passionate about e-commerce and digital marketing.

What You'll Do

• Manage the end-to-end delivery of e-commerce projects, including livestreaming, influencer video campaigns, and store-based live operations.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, assign tasks, and ensure smooth collaboration across teams, including livestreaming, influencer, operations, and backend.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients: gather requirements, track project progress, provide updates, and handle last-minute adjustments.
• Take ownership of project timelines, quality, and performance metrics such as GMV, ROI, and conversion rates.
• Standardize and optimize project management processes to improve efficiency and execution consistency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Marketing, E-commerce, Media, or related fields.
• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in 4A advertising, e-commerce, project management, MCN, or livestream commerce.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce KPIs, including GMV, ROI, and conversion rates, as well as livestreaming business logic.
• Proficiency in project management tools and advanced Excel/PPT skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills; able to manage 3–5 projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Mandarin Chinese is a plus for coordination with overseas teams.

• Experience with social commerce platforms and influencer marketing.
• Familiarity with AI-driven analytics tools.
• Knowledge of the latest trends in e-commerce and digital marketing.
