Divisional Director of Nursing & Quality - Remote Opportunities

About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Divisional Director of Nursing & Quality to join Sussex Partnership NHS Foundation Trust. As a Divisional Director of Nursing & Quality remote position, you will play a pivotal role in leading our Brighton & Hove division. You will work closely with the Managing Director and Clinical Director, ensuring that quality care aligns with NMC and CQC standards while driving improvements in quality and professional standards.

What You'll Do

• Accountable for the quality of care across the Division, ensuring compliance with NMC and CQC fundamental standards.
• Drive a program of improvement for Quality and Professional Standards, fostering a culture of high-quality care.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance service transformation and create efficient care pathways.
• Utilize digital tools to support future-ready healthcare delivery.
• Lead initiatives to address recruitment and retention challenges within the nursing workforce.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse with significant experience in a leadership role.
• Proven track record in quality improvement and patient safety.
• Strong understanding of NMC and CQC standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in managing multidisciplinary teams and driving change.

Nice to Have

• Experience in mental health care settings.
• Knowledge of digital health solutions.
• Previous experience in a similar executive role.
