About the Role

We are seeking a Director of Strategic Partnerships - OEM & Embedded AI - Remote to lead our efforts in developing and managing strategic partnerships within the OEM and embedded AI sectors. This role is crucial for driving our business development initiatives and enhancing our market presence. As a Director of Strategic Partnerships, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to create innovative solutions that leverage our AI stack and SaaS platforms.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the development and execution of strategic partnership strategies in the OEM and embedded AI domains.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement solutions that meet partner needs and drive mutual growth.
  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business objectives and partner expectations.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new partnership opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential partners, focusing on long-term collaboration and growth.
  • Oversee contract negotiations and partnership agreements, ensuring favorable terms for all parties involved.
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences to promote our offerings and network with potential partners.
  • Utilize your technical fluency in AI, cloud services, and security to effectively communicate our value proposition to partners.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or related fields.
  • Proven track record in managing OEM partnerships and embedded AI initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS platforms, solutions architecture, and technical sales.
  • Excellent negotiation skills and experience in stakeholder management.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a remote environment and lead cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with cloud engineering, DevOps, and security frameworks (e.g., SOC 2).
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in K-12 education or semiconductor technology is a plus.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Rust, Python, or Go programming languages.
  • Knowledge of GRC (Governance, Risk Management, and Compliance) frameworks.
  • Previous experience in indirect sales channels and channel management.
