What You'll Do

• Manage financial planning, budgeting, and reporting to ensure fiscal responsibility.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence within the organization.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance community engagement and program effectiveness.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to team members, promoting professional development.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements across all operations.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Director of Operations or in a similar leadership role.
• Strong understanding of nonprofit management, operational excellence, and strategic planning.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a focus on cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience in financial management, including budgeting and financial reporting.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
• Commitment to the principles of effective altruism and a passion for making a positive impact.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple priorities.

Nice to Have

• Experience in grant management and fundraising.
• Knowledge of K-12 education systems or healthcare operations.
