Director of National Accounts - Remote Opportunity
About the Role
We are seeking a Director of National Accounts to join our team at Frasco Inc. This remote position offers a unique opportunity to drive sales growth and build strategic partnerships within the investigations industry. As a Director of National Accounts, you will be responsible for executing our National Sales Program, focusing on new business sales growth and expanding high-volume opportunities.
What You'll Do
- Consistently meet and exceed overall annual sales goals.
- Generate pipeline opportunities through multi-channel activities to achieve sales targets.
- Manage and update the opportunity pipeline within our CRM system effectively.
- Develop creative strategies to increase new sales both territorially and nationally.
- Maintain executive-level strategic partnerships and develop compelling proposals.
- Identify and engage prospective customers through targeted marketing and networking activities.
- Articulate complex concepts and business solutions clearly through demonstrations and proposals.
- Represent Frasco professionally, exhibiting exemplary behavior consistent with our core values.
Requirements
- A minimum of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience selling within the P&C and/or L&H insurance market.
- Proven track record of selling at the regional/national level to carriers, TPAs, and self-insured audiences.
- Experience presenting to C, V, and D suite executives.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, writing, speaking, and presentation skills.
- Disciplined self-starter with a strong work ethic and initiative.
- Ability to travel as necessary and possess a valid driver’s license.
Nice to Have
- Prior sales experience within the Investigations, Medicare, or Compliance fields.
- Confident individuals with a proven track record in Business Development.
