Director of IT - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We're seeking a Director of IT to join our innovative team remotely. As a Director of IT, you will shape and maintain the technological infrastructure that empowers us to disrupt industries and impact billions of lives.

What You'll Do

• Contribute to the planning, development, and implementation of IT strategies that support business goals.
• Oversee and maintain IT infrastructure, ensuring scalability, optimal performance, and reliability.
• Implement and monitor security protocols to protect against unauthorized access and cyber threats.
• Establish and improve backup procedures and disaster recovery plans.
• Evaluate and select IT vendors, managing these relationships for quality and cost-effectiveness.
• Lead an exceptional IT team dedicated to innovation and continuous learning.
• Stay ahead of the curve in the IT landscape to fuel our innovation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in IT leadership roles, such as IT Director or Manager.
• Deep understanding of infrastructure architecture, database systems, and cloud technologies.
• Proficiency in network configurations and cybersecurity protocols.
• Strong communication skills to explain complex problems to non-technical audiences.
• Experience implementing Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems is a plus.

Nice to Have

• Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with emerging technologies and their applications.
• Previous experience leading a remote team.
