About the Role
We are seeking a talented Director of Enterprise Data Platforms to join our team in a fully remote capacity. As a Director of Enterprise Data Platforms, you will lead the development and management of our data platforms, ensuring they meet the needs of our enterprise clients. This role is pivotal in driving data governance, business data modeling, and real-time event streaming initiatives.
What You'll Do
- Oversee the architecture and implementation of enterprise data platforms, ensuring scalability and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data governance policies and operational standards.
- Lead efforts in AI/ML integration to enhance data analytics capabilities.
- Manage cloud platform deployments, focusing on AWS and other cloud technologies.
- Develop strategies for data modeling and ETL/ELT processes to support business objectives.
Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in data engineering or related fields.
- Proven track record in managing enterprise data platforms and leading teams.
- Strong knowledge of SQL, Python, Spark, and Kubernetes.
- Experience with data governance and compliance frameworks.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.

- Experience in healthcare data strategy and FHIR standards.
- Familiarity with telecommunications infrastructure and government systems integration.
- Knowledge of B2B sales and enterprise sales management.

Who Will Succeed Here
