About the Role

As a Digital Intern at L'Oréal, you will be at the heart of bringing our prestigious L'Oréal Luxe brands to life in the digital world. This Digital Intern role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the beauty industry while working remotely. You will report to the Trade Marketing Managers in our Auckland office, playing a key role in animating our brand campaigns and new product launches online, ensuring a seamless and engaging digital customer experience.

What You'll Do

  • Assist in implementing digital content across various platforms, working with agency partners to create and execute exciting digital campaigns, from e-retailer banners to paid social media.
  • Take charge of loading and maintaining product information on retailer portals, ensuring everything from product descriptions to new launches is accurate and compelling.
  • Support the communications team by managing influencer send-outs, maintaining invitation lists, and conducting social listening to keep a pulse on brand conversations.
  • Collaborate with multiple internal teams and external vendors, ensuring projects are delivered on time and our digital assets are always up to date across all channels.
  • Engage in learning opportunities to enhance your understanding of e-commerce and online marketing.

Requirements

  • A proactive and organized individual with a strong interest in the prestige beauty industry and the evolving digital landscape.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive when working with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • A foundational understanding of the digital world and eagerness to learn more about e-commerce and online marketing.
  • Comfort with MS Excel; basic knowledge of Photoshop is a plus.
