What You'll Do

  • Support the Director of Device Services on various projects aimed at improving services that facilitate new device adoption.
  • Collaborate with a cross-functional team of 20 to identify opportunities and support product enhancement initiatives.
  • Engage in compelling storytelling through PowerPoint presentations to communicate project updates and insights to stakeholders.
  • Assist in the product testing process by identifying defects and tracking resolutions in partnership with Product Managers.
  • Document current product designs and requirements, while exploring future product enhancement opportunities.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Graduate degree program.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and a willingness to contribute new ideas.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with PowerPoint and presentation creation.
  • Familiarity with product management processes.
  • Interest in telecommunications and technology trends.
