- Conduct training and workshops for customers to ensure optimal use of our software.
- Collect and relay customer feedback to internal teams for continuous improvement.

Requirements
- Completed studies/training in IT or a comparable field.
- Experience in a technical or customer-oriented role (e.g., Customer Success/Support or Product Management).
- Technical understanding, ideally with SaaS solutions.
- Excellent communication skills and enthusiasm for working with customers.
- Solution-oriented mindset with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
- Structured and proactive work style with a high degree of initiative.
- Excellent German (at least C1) and fluent English (at least B2).
