Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in customer success or account management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.

  • Proficiency in CRM tools, particularly Salesforce, and data analysis.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to build relationships.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams and drive results in a remote environment.
  • Experience in project management and process improvement methodologies.
  • Passion for helping clients succeed and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
