Customer Success Manager - Enterprise Remote
About the Role
We are seeking a Customer Success Manager - Enterprise Remote to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be pivotal in ensuring our enterprise clients achieve their desired outcomes while using our SaaS solutions. As a Customer Success Manager, you will work closely with clients to understand their needs, provide support, and drive engagement, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and retention.
What You'll Do
- Act as the primary point of contact for enterprise clients, managing their onboarding and ongoing support.
- Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure successful implementation and adoption of our solutions.
- Monitor client health metrics and proactively address any issues to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to advocate for customer needs and drive product improvements.
- Conduct regular business reviews with clients to demonstrate value and identify opportunities for growth.
- Utilize CRM systems, including Salesforce, to track client interactions and manage accounts effectively.
- Implement strategies to improve NET Revenue Retention and reduce churn.
- Lead change management initiatives to ensure smooth transitions for clients.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a customer success or account management role, preferably in the SaaS industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with executive stakeholders.
- Experience with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce, is highly desirable.
- Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts and prioritize effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to customer engagement.
- Experience in project management and change management methodologies.
- Understanding of financial technology and enterprise SaaS solutions is a plus.

- Experience in the fitness industry or related sectors.
- Familiarity with risk analysis and fraud detection processes.
- Knowledge of merchant processing and financial transactions.
