About the Role

What You'll Do

• Answer calls and emails in a timely manner to provide exceptional customer service.
• Document call information according to established procedures.
• Process orders and follow up on customer inquiries effectively.
• Complete insurance verification for patient eligibility.
• Navigate multiple online EMR systems to assist patients efficiently.
• Communicate with management regarding trends and customer feedback.
• Facilitate resolution of customer complaints to ensure satisfaction.
• Meet quality assurance and performance metrics consistently.
• Utilize company tools for maintaining service quality.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• One year of experience in healthcare customer service or related fields.
• Two years of experience required for senior level positions.
• Experience in Medicare certified environments is preferred.
