Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision making.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with tools such as HubSpot, G-Suite, and Figma.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Familiarity with influencer marketing and social media platforms.
• Proven track record of driving customer satisfaction and business growth.
