This remote position allows you to work with a leading social investment network, influencing the future of trading and investing. As a Corporate Development Analyst, you will engage in high-impact opportunities, from strategic partnerships to global M&A transactions.

What You'll Do

  • Support end-to-end M&A processes, including target screening, financial modeling, valuation, due diligence, and transaction execution.
  • Analyze large datasets to build financial models and perform valuation analysis.
  • Coordinate cross-functional workstreams, ensuring effective communication during deal execution.
  • Prepare high-quality materials, investment memos, and presentations for senior management and the Board of Directors.
  • Conduct in-depth competitive analysis within the FinTech, Neobroker, and Crypto landscapes.
  • Track industry trends and emerging technologies to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Create detailed profiles of potential acquisition targets and partners.
  • Provide analytical support to the Investor Relations function.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in corporate development, investment banking, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling and valuation.
  • Experience working with large datasets and data analysis tools.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
