Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably in G&A roles.
  • Strong knowledge of recruiting analytics and sourcing techniques.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems and recruiting software.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Experience in technical recruiting is a plus.
  • Understanding of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting is beneficial.
