Communications Design Lead - Remote

About the Role

We are seeking a talented and experienced Communications Design Lead - Remote to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will lead the design and implementation of effective communication strategies that resonate with our audience. You will have the opportunity to work on impactful projects that focus on youth engagement, utilizing your expertise in human-centered design and visual communication.

What You'll Do

• Lead the design and execution of communication strategies that enhance brand messaging and stakeholder engagement.
• Utilize tools such as Adobe, Figma, and Mural to create visually compelling content.
• Develop and implement design frameworks that prioritize accessibility and inclusivity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on communication goals and objectives.
• Oversee the production of newsletters, reports, and other communication materials.
• Manage media relations and public relations efforts to enhance brand visibility.
• Conduct workshops and training sessions on design best practices and communication strategies.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of communication initiatives and adjust strategies as needed.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in communications design or a related field.
• Proven experience in UI/UX design and data visualization.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and other design tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in stakeholder communication and change management.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
