Commercial Projects Specialist - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a Commercial Projects Specialist to join our team at Everllence, a leader in driving a climate-neutral global economy. In this remote opportunity, you will take on commercial responsibility for customer orders throughout the entire processing phase, acting as a central interface between internal departments and external partners. This role is crucial in ensuring sustainable value creation for our clients.

What You'll Do

• Manage the creation of customer invoices in accordance with contractual agreements.
• Ensure proper accounting in compliance with IFRS and HGB.
• Monitor and track incoming payments effectively.
• Review documents and booking transactions within project-related cost accounting.
• Coordinate the application and management of guarantees in collaboration with central departments.
• Oversee order-related tax issues both domestically and internationally.
• Assist in the evaluation of claims and change orders.
• Provide commercial support for orders throughout the entire processing phase.

Requirements

• Completed commercial training with relevant qualifications and professional experience or a degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a comparable field.
• At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in a commercial project environment, ideally in international project business.
• Strong knowledge of accounting according to IFRS and HGB.
• Good understanding of VAT law, especially regarding national and international matters.
• Excellent SAP skills (e.g., FI/CO, SD, PS or comparable modules).
• Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken, for effective communication in an international context.
• Strong analytical skills, structured and independent working style, as well as high communication and interface competence.

Nice to Have

• Experience in the CleanTech industry.
• Familiarity with project management tools.
• Knowledge of additional languages.
