Commercial Development Manager - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a Commercial Development Manager to join our dynamic team at Nestlé. This remote opportunity allows you to work with some of Nestlé’s most iconic brands, including KitKat, Milo, Nescafé, and Starbucks. In this role, you will lead strategic initiatives across diverse channels such as restaurants, hotels, and airlines, making a significant impact on our business.

What You'll Do

• Lead the development of strategic planning for the portfolio, channel strategy, and pricing strategy.
• Utilize your commercial acumen to analyze OOH data and develop category strategies for execution.
• Flex your analytical skills to understand market, customer, and shopper data to drive growth.
• Conduct Size of Prize analysis for NPD and evaluate performance post-launch.
• Build and maintain relationships at all levels within the business to support your strategic direction.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Supply teams to shape portfolio recommendations.

Requirements

• Previous sales or category experience in grocery or OOH channels.
• Demonstrated strategic business planning and implementation skills.
• Strong financial acumen and understanding of the commercial planning process.
• Experience with data analytics tools such as Circana and JDA.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive collaboration.
