About the Role

We are seeking a talented Cloud Infrastructure and Cybersecurity Engineer to join our dynamic team at GMV. This remote position offers you the chance to work on cutting-edge DevSecOps and containerization projects in the Homeland Security and Defense Sector. If you are passionate about developing secure and scalable infrastructure solutions, this is the opportunity for you!

What You'll Do

  • Develop secure and scalable infrastructure solutions using Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Automate infrastructure management with tools like Pulumi, Terraform, or Ansible.
  • Enhance security strategies by applying RBAC, IAM, and hardening techniques.
  • Deploy solutions in cloud and on-premise environments using AWS, Azure, GCP, or OpenShift.
  • Conduct vulnerability analysis and implement corrective measures.

Requirements

  • Experience in cloud infrastructure and cybersecurity.
  • Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and security best practices.
  • Experience with infrastructure automation tools such as Pulumi, Terraform, or Ansible.
  • Knowledge of RBAC, IAM, and system hardening techniques.
  • Certifications in information security are a plus.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools and DevSecOps methodologies.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in a similar role within the cybersecurity field.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
