What You'll Do
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Document care provided and report any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff.
- Engage residents in meaningful activities and provide emotional support.
- Utilize customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.
- Perform other duties as needed to support the team and residents.
Requirements
- Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license required.
- Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required.
- Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired.

Who Will Succeed Here
