About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Care Navigator to join our team in a fully remote capacity. As a Care Navigator, you will play a crucial role in guiding patients through their healthcare journey, ensuring they receive the support and resources they need. Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and electronic health records.
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Experience in patient advocacy and care coordination.
  • Knowledge of insurance processes and billing is preferred.
