About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated Care Assistant to join our team in a remote capacity. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of older individuals. What You'll Do
- Provide personal care including washing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support.
- Assist with medication management and daily routines.
- Perform light housework to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Offer companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Help clients attend appointments or social activities.
Requirements
- A genuine passion for helping older people.
- A valid driving license, access to a car, and business insurance.
- Availability on weekdays and/or weekends.
- A willingness to learn and work as part of a supportive team.
- No previous care experience is required.
Nice to Have
- Experience in a caregiving role is a plus but not mandatory.
- Training in health and social care is beneficial.
