Card Operations Specialist - Remote Position
About the Role
We are seeking a Card Operations Specialist - Remote to join our dynamic team at Rain. In this role, you will manage workflows and compliance requirements related to custom card issuance, playing a critical part in ensuring that every card meets network standards and is delivered on time.
What You'll Do
- Interface directly with clients to guide them through ongoing card design requests.
- Review custom card design requests for completeness and accuracy.
- Check design files for correct format, resolution, and color specifications.
- Track approval status and share updates with the team.
- Submit designs to Visa using their online portal and monitor approval timelines.
- Coordinate edits if Visa provides feedback or rejects a design.
- Send final approved designs to manufacturing partners with production details.
- Host weekly project syncs with vendors to ensure timely execution of projects.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in operations or compliance roles, preferably in the fintech or crypto space.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Experience working with card networks like Visa is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills for interfacing with clients and internal teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
