About the Role

We are looking for a Business Development Partner - HR Recruiting (Microsoft Focus) - Remote to help us win new business for our remote-first recruitment agency specializing in Microsoft roles across the DACH region. As a Business Development Partner, you will play a crucial role in pitching our recruitment services to companies seeking Microsoft tech talent. This position offers the flexibility to work from anywhere while contributing significantly to our growth.

What You'll Do

  • Open new client accounts in the DACH region, focusing on permanent hires and IT contractors.
  • Build trust and establish relationships with HR teams, IT managers, and decision-makers.
  • Refine our cold outreach campaigns and improve our conversion strategy.
  • Develop lead lists, conduct cold emails/calls, and manage outreach in our CRM.
  • Share strategic input to enhance our lead generation strategy and client pitch deck.
  • Collaborate with recruiters and automation engineers to streamline processes.
  • Utilize your background in B2B client acquisition, ideally in HR, SaaS, or recruitment services.
  • Leverage tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, and email automation to maximize outreach.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in business development or sales, particularly in HR recruiting or IT staffing.
  • Strong strategic mindset with experience in outbound strategies.
  • Fluency in both German and English is essential.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRM tools.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively.

Nice to Have

  • Experience selling IT staffing or freelance solutions.
  • Knowledge of the Microsoft technology landscape.
