About the Role

We are seeking a talented Business Analyst / Project Manager to join our Finance Technology team at Crypto.com. This remote position offers a unique opportunity to work with a dynamic team dedicated to optimizing our global finance initiatives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables, ensuring that our projects align with strategic priorities.

What You'll Do

  • Collaborate with various teams to create and maintain project roadmaps, milestones, and dependencies.
  • Identify and manage project risks and issues, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Conduct business analysis to identify process improvements and optimization opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
  • Manage stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Partner with IT and vendors to design and enhance solutions that meet business needs.
  • Assist in production support to ensure smooth operation of finance systems.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager or Business Analyst in a fast-paced MNC/startup environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Proficient in evaluating and implementing digital tools and technologies.
  • Experience in finance transformation and the crypto industry is a plus.
  • Demonstrated leadership and innovative mindset.

  • Familiarity with cloud platforms and data analytics.
