We are seeking a talented Bilingual Systems Support Engineer (Portuguese) to join our dynamic team. What You'll Do

• Provide technical support to clients in both Portuguese and English, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Manage and troubleshoot systems across various platforms including MAC OS X, Windows, and Linux.
• Utilize your expertise in Active Directory, DNS Servers, and Firewalls to maintain system integrity and security.
• Collaborate with the development team to improve backend systems and API integrations.
• Document and track support requests using our ticketing system, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
• Assist in the development and delivery of training materials for clients and internal staff.
• Participate in vulnerability management and cybersecurity initiatives to protect client data.
• Engage in continuous learning and professional development to stay current with industry trends and technologies.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a technical support or systems administration role.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and verbal.
• Strong understanding of operating systems: MAC OS X, Windows, and Linux.
• Experience with Active Directory, DNS, Firewalls, and LDAP.
• Familiarity with scripting languages such as PowerShell and Python.
• Knowledge of cryptography and cybersecurity best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience with SaaS applications and B2B sales.
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and virtualization technologies.
• Previous experience in account management or channel marketing.
