Associate Product Manager - Medium-Voltage Switchgear
About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Product Manager - Medium-Voltage Switchgear to join Eaton's ES AMER ARS PDCAD division. This remote role offers an exciting opportunity to lead product line strategy and action programs that enhance sales growth and profitability. As an Associate Product Manager, you will focus on our Medium-Voltage Switchgear product line, which includes MVS, MVA, and CS. This position is hybrid, requiring you to work from our Greenwood, SC facility two days a week, with the flexibility to work remotely the rest of the time.
What You'll Do
- Provide leadership in formulating product line strategy and action programs to enhance sales growth and profitability.
- Utilize your knowledge of medium-voltage products to generate customer and technical presentations.
- Engage in new product development and strategic planning for the product line.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts on product line programs to optimize customer service and market penetration.
- Conduct competition and market analysis to drive product development efforts.
- Develop marketing collateral to educate and inform sales and customers about Eaton's solutions.
- Support and develop training programs to enhance market penetration goals.
- Lead marketing initiatives for metal-clad and metal-enclosed switchgear, including social media and digital presence.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in sales, product management, or customer-facing commercial roles.
- Ability to travel 25% domestically.
- Willingness to relocate to Upstate South Carolina if necessary; relocation assistance will be provided.
- Strong understanding of the dynamics of selling engineered-to-order assemblies.

- Advanced degree in Engineering, Business, or Marketing.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Familiarity with power distribution and control assembly products.
