We are seeking an experienced Associate Lawyer in Projects, Infrastructure and Construction to join our team remotely. As an Associate, you will engage with top-tier clients and work on significant projects that shape the built environment. What You'll Do

• Provide end-to-end legal support on major development, renewable energy, and infrastructure projects.
• Engage in commercial and residential real estate development, major infrastructure projects, and complex construction matters.
• Collaborate with a high-performing team to deliver innovative solutions and ensure optimal outcomes for clients.
• Draft and negotiate contracts, ensuring compliance with legal standards and best practices.
• Participate in dispute resolution processes and provide strategic advice on procurement options and tender strategies.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in a relevant field.
• Strong drafting ability and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• A commitment to personal growth and delivering exceptional results.

Nice to Have
